1973: Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Hodaithy along with few partners founded a distribution and marketing company in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1995: Sheikh Ibrahim Al- Hodaithy founded Hodaithy International Group and established the Head office at Al-Khobar, with three main branches: Khobar, Riyadh, Jeddah.
1996: Expansion of the company's coverage through many regional remote offices: Hassa, Hafar Al Batin, Skaka, Kharj, Hail, Makkah, Madina, Taif, Najran, Jeezan
1999: Inauguration of Dubai branch and warehouses to cover the United Arab Emirates.
2001: Inauguration of Abha branch to cover the southern regions.
2003: Inauguration of Qassim Branch and warehouse to cover the upper central region
